Terms of Use
Last updated 15 September 2026
These terms cover your use of the Takdhin Kids app on phone and TV. By using the app you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be endured.
Who we are
Takdhin Kids is provided by G-Productions, LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach us at takdhinkids@gmail.com.
Who may use it
The app is made for children aged roughly 2 to 7, used with a grown-up. A parent or legal guardian must set the app up, holds the account, and is responsible for use of the app by their child. You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy a subscription.
What you may play, and when
| Period | What is included |
|---|---|
| Until 1 November 2026 | Everything, free, for everyone |
| Then, a free week | A 7-day trial, once per account, starting the first time your account contacts our service on or after that date |
| After the trial, without a subscription | Your child may start 3 questions a day: a round in any lesson, or one story in Read with me. Trying again within a round is free. The count resets at your local midnight |
| With a subscription | Unlimited play |
We may change what a free account includes. If we reduce it, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect, and it will never shorten a subscription you have already paid for.
Subscriptions, renewal and cancelling
- Subscriptions are sold only through the Apple App Store and Google Play. We take no payment directly and never see your card.
- Prices are shown in the app exactly as your store reports them, in your own currency. Plans are offered monthly and annually.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before it ends. Your store charges the renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. The app links you there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by whichever store you bought from, under that store's policy. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
- One subscription entitles one Takdhin Kids account.
Your account
You sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft; we never hold a password of yours. Keep your device and that sign-in secure, since anyone with them can reach your account. You may delete your account at any time in the grown-ups corner, which erases everything we hold about you. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that with the store.
Using the app fairly
Please do not: copy, resell or redistribute the app or its lessons, stories, illustrations or recordings; take it apart or try to derive its source; work around the daily question limit or the trial; use it to build a competing product; or use it in a way that breaks the law. The app, and everything in it, stays ours.
What we promise, and what we do not
We want the app to work well and we will fix things when it does not. But the app is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that speech recognition will always understand your child correctly. It is a learning game, not an educational assessment, and it is not a substitute for teaching, therapy or professional advice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Ending things
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. If we end your access without cause while you have paid for a period, you may seek a refund from your store.
Apple and Google
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app. Any claim about the app is between you and us, not them, though they may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries where their own rules require it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and where a change matters we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Privacy
How we handle information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
