Tell us which phone you have and, if it helps, what you saw on the screen.
Please leave your child's name out of the note; we never need it.
You can also send a note from inside the app: open Grown-ups at the top right of the home screen, enter your year of birth, and tap Send feedback. Leave an email address only if you would like a reply; without one the note is anonymous.
Common questions
Does the app listen all the time?
No. The phone listens only while a lesson is on the screen, and speech is turned into words on the phone itself — the audio is never recorded and never sent anywhere. In the grown-ups corner, under Listening, you can switch to Only while a button is held, which suits noisy rooms.
The phone did not hear my child
Takdhin Kids never tells a child they are wrong because it could not make out the answer; it simply asks again, and an unclear answer costs nothing. If it happens a lot, try a quieter room, hold the phone a little closer, or switch to Only while a button is held in the grown-ups corner. The first time the app runs it downloads its speech model; if that was interrupted, opening the app again while online finishes it.
How much is free?
Everything, for everyone, until 1 November 2026. After that, every account gets a free week, and then one lesson, one story and three videos a day without a subscription. A subscription opens every lesson, every story and every video, as often as your child likes. Where you stand is shown in the grown-ups corner under Playing.
Do I need an account?
Not to play. The app asks a grown-up to sign in — with Google, Apple or Microsoft — after the first finished lesson, so that the free week and a subscription stay with you on this phone or the next, and there is always a Not now. The account holds your name and email and your subscription; nothing about your child is tied to it, and your child's voice never leaves the phone.
I subscribed but the app says I haven't
Make sure you are signed in with the same Google, Apple or Microsoft account you subscribed with, then open the grown-ups corner and tap Restore purchases on the subscribe screen. A subscription bought on this website shows up in the app once you sign in with the same account, and one bought in the App Store or Google Play shows up here at Manage subscription the same way.
How do I cancel?
Cancel where you subscribed: in the App Store's or Google Play's own subscription settings on the phone, or, for a subscription bought on this website, from Manage subscription. Canceling keeps the time already paid for and charges nothing more.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Grown-ups → year of birth → Delete my account. If you no longer have the app, the steps to do it by email are at Delete your account.
What about the TV?
Playing with a Fire TV — the TV shows the question and the phone hears the answer — is coming soon. Until then, everything plays on the phone.
What does the app keep about my child?
Your child's voice never leaves the phone: speech becomes written words on the device and the audio is gone at once. The app keeps a small learning record on the phone (which items are new, being learned or known, and today's counts) so it can choose the next lesson, and sends us anonymous statistics about play (which lessons were started and finished, how each round went, how long the app was open) under a random id that names nobody. We never share, sell or advertise with your child's data, and there are no ads and no third-party trackers. The full inventory is in the Privacy Policy.
